［我們的電影故事工作坊］是由一群來自台灣、馬來西亞與菲律賓的年輕電影工作者，一起將自身至今累積的電影創作足跡與心得，回饋給菲律賓偏鄉、亦是強颱海燕的重創區帕洛村裡，對於影像創作有興趣，但是一直沒有機會接觸的孩子們。
招生期間我們收到了140多封報名申請，最終錄取了16名正取學員，3名志工，組成2組拍攝小隊，進行的拍攝主題為青少年女不分國籍、最貼近的心事：當愛情遭拒的那一刻，完成了2部短片，並帶領學員們從實作中學習編劇、導演、場記、製片、攝影、聲音、美術、剪接、混音、配樂，以及舉辦成果放映的行銷宣傳等電影工作。
除了學員們拍攝技術上的學習之外，我們最看重的就是帶領孩子們了解團隊精神的重要性。獲得首獎的學員凱倫（Karen）是其中一組的編劇、聲音設計，即因傑出的團隊精神而表現突出，我們頒發了完整的拍攝工具箱給她，期許她能在我們離開後，領導兩組組員持續創作，並如同我們這些〝哥哥、姐姐”一樣，成為社區裡其他孩子的榜樣，分享這次所學，壯大故鄉裡的創作能量。我們希望留下一把電影創作的火苗，讓每一位參與學員接棒，在成長的過程中，透過電影語言說故事的方法，抒發災後深植他們心中的各種創傷、以及屬於自己的生命故事。
Ating Pelicula Film Workshop is a first step for a bunch of young filmmakers from Taiwan, Malaysia and The Philippines, to nurture a filmmaking community within Asia, giving back to the young what we have learned and experienced, one step at a time. First stop, we start this fire in Palo, Leyte Island in the Philippines, once destroyed by typhoon Haiyan, an area without many film or cultural exchange resources.
Out of more than hundreds of applicants from high schools, we recruited 16 participants and 3 volunteers, teaching them film knowledge and expertise of different departments such as directing, writing, producing, art design, cinematography, sound, post-production, acting, etc. We provide hands-on learning experiences by having them make a short film, themed in what matters most in their teenage hearts: Love, and rejection.
We hope for this first step project to be a seed, planted in each of them, for them to become the “elder brothers and sisters” to their community, sharing their knowledge and bridge collaborations, the way we have shown them. And hope that one day, they will be able to tell their own stories in the language of film and the spirit of community.
【講者簡介】
鄒隆娜是一位菲律賓/台灣電影工作者，畢業於國立臺灣藝術大學電影系。多元文化背景為其創作畫布，短片作品《阿尼》陸續入圍坎城影展、金馬獎最佳劇情短片。

停泊在高雄前鎮漁港，一艘艘大型漁船之中，菲律賓籍漁工阿尼跟他的夥伴，週而復始地處理著一箱箱濕腥黏膩的漁貨。早已習慣輪轉在各艘漁船上工作，海上飄盪的日子比著陸時間還多，唯有船艙裡一個屬於自己、陰暗狹窄的小空間，貼著阿尼夢想中的純白洋房，提醒他為家鄉等待的女友和親人堅持下去。黑絲絨般的海浪一沉一沉地，彷彿在編織一則寓言。破曉後，阿尼的期待是不是就會有答案？
While docked at the port of Kaohsiung, Filipino seaman ARNIE buys a ring with the help of his mates. He plans to propose to his girlfriend back home over the internet. What was meant to be the happiest moment of his life soon takes a downward spiral when he finds out that she is pregnant — Arnie is not the father of the child. Like a fish out of water, the life of migrant seamen working in Taiwan is a daily struggle… for the catch is plenty down south, but the waves are choppy and brutal. Monsoon season is here.
