在印尼參與硬蕊龐克的女性仍非常有限，因為硬蕊龐克往往被視為男人的專屬品。在爪哇島，硬蕊龐克讓參與其中的女性蒙受汙名，導致相關的記錄更為稀少。在本片中，我們將看到龐克女性的各種面貌：她們是音樂人、小報出版人與攝影藝術家。本片強調社會對龐克女性應有更多的關注，除了她們音樂、文字與影像上的創作，姊妹間的扶助，才是龐克女性社群長久維繫的原因。本片透過十四位龐克女性的故事，帶領觀眾進行性別歧視與性別運動的討論。

Peran perempuan di scene hc/punk di Indonesia masih minoritas. Karena scene hc/punk memang sudah di cap dengan dunianya laki-laki. Para perempuan yang terlibat di aktifitas hc/punk di Indonesia khususnya di pulau Jawa sangat jarang diberitakan. Stigma buruk dan problema diantara perempuan di scene hc/punk pun semakin luas. Melalui film ini kita akan melihat sisi lain dari perempuan di scene hc/punk. Para perempuan yang menjadi narasumber di film ini meliputi pemain band, penulis zine dan fotographer. Masih banyak para perempuan lainnya yang aktif dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap scene hc/punk. Namun salah satu diantaranya yang masih aktif sampai sekarang adalah mereka.
Film Ini Scene Kami Juga! memperlihatkan bahwa berita seputar perempuan di dalam komunitas sangatlah penting. Disamping karya musik, zine, foto dan aktifitas lainnya yang mereka hasilkan, saling mendukung diantara satu dan lainnya adalah kunci utama untuk tetap menjaga semangat kebersamaan.
Film dokumenter ini menceritakan tentang perempuan yang terlibat dalam DIY Punk di Indonesia, terutama di Pulau Jawa. Dan telah mewawancarai 14 perempuan yang masih aktif di scene DIY Punk sampai sekarang dari seluruh pulau Jawa. Gender, seksisme, seksualitas dan aktifisme semua dibahas dalam film dokumenter ini. Film ini memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana perempuan-perempuan ini berpartisipasi dalam scene DIY Punk, dan bagaimana hal itu mempengaruhi kehidupan sehari-hari mereka sampai sekarang.

The role of women in the hardcore/punk scene in Indonesia is still quite minor. Because the hardcore/punk scene is considered a man’s world. Women who are involved in the movements of Indonesia’s hardcore/punk scene are rarely documented. The negative stigmas and problems between women in the hardcore/punk scene spread widely. Through this film, we will see the different sides of women in the hardcore/punk scene. The women who are featured in this film are musicians, zine makers, and photographers. Although there are still plenty of other women in the scene, these women are some of the few who are still actively involved
This Is Our Scene Too’ also emphasize the importance of giving proper exposure and credits to women in the community. Besides music, zine, photography and other works they produce, the continued support between one another is the key to maintaining the spirit of sisterhood.
This documentary film tells the stories women in the Indonesian DIY Punk, specifically those living in the island of Java. So far we have interviewed 14 women from all over java who are still involved in the DIY Punk today. Gender issues, sexism, sexuality and activism are all discussed in this film. It portrays how these women contributes to the DIY Punk community, and how it impacs their daily life to this day.
