「Warkop」是印尼文「Warung Kopi」的簡稱,意指「咖啡店」。跟世界上許多社交場所ㄧ樣,Warkop也是印尼人聚會、交換情報、閒聊(nongkrong)及彼此傾吐(saling curhat)的地方,印尼各地大大小小的Warkop提供各種便宜的飲料、點心及印尼家庭不可或缺的「營多麵」(Indomie)。「Trans/Voice 藝術進駐計畫」的第一組進駐團隊「Sunday Screen 」將在結束台北、台中、桃園、高雄、屏東東港的移民移工社群的訪調與互動後,在台北燦爛時光東南亞主題書店舉辦「WARKOP SUNDAY SCREEN」活動,書店將暫時成為咖啡店,Sunday Screen將在這裡透過影片放映、討論、工作坊,當然免不了厚甜的印尼咖啡,跟大家分享他們在台駐地的成果與心得。

▲進駐團隊介紹▲
「Sunday Screen」2009年在西爪哇賈蒂旺宜(Jatiwangi)舉辦第一屆「鄉村電影節」(Village Film Festival,VFF),以農村為基地與藝術社群組織賈蒂旺宜藝術工廠(Jatiwangi Art Factory,JaF)進行農村影像實驗,與當地鄉村居民合作拍攝他們的日常生活,並在地舉辦成果放映。2011年電影節改名為「鄉村錄像節」(Village Video Festival,VVF),電影(film)改成錄像(Video),因電影通常需要一個劇組團隊,必須有資金、技術與團隊,但錄像(video)沒有限制,任何人都可以拍影像,形式也更加彈性,擁有更多的可能性。

*本活動為「Trans/Voice 藝術進駐計畫」系列活動,本計畫獲文化部108年東南亞人士來臺文化交流合作補助計畫指導贊助。

Warkop adalah singkatan warung kopi dalam bahasa Indonesia, sama seperti di tempat-tempat untuk bersosialisasi di berbagai negara, Warkop juga berperan sebagai tempat orang Indonesia berkumpul, bertukar informasi dan pikiran, nongkrong dan saling curhat. Setiap Warkop di indonedia, baik besar maupun kecil, mewah maupun sederhana, menyediakan minuman dan jajanan yang harganya terjangkau, serta Indomie yang tidak asing di lidah masyarakat Indonesia. Tim pertama dari Trans/Voice Project atau “Sunday Screen” akan mengadakan acara “WARKOP SUNDAY SCREEN” di toko buku Brilliant Time sesudah riset dan kegiatan mereka dengan para migran Indonesia di Taipei, Taoyuan, Taichung, Kaohsiung dan Donggang Pingtung. Sunday Screen akan berbagi pengalaman dan hasil residensi melalui screening, presentasi, diskusi, workshop dan kopi manis di Warkop Sunday Screen. Kawan-kawan silahkan hadir, Terimakasih.

▲Tentang Sunday Screen▲
Sunday screen adalah sebuah group yang tertarik dengan pengarsipan melalui medium video. Selain memproduksi video, sunday screen juga mencoba untuk menggunakan video sebagai alat kolaborasi dan merespon keadaan dari sebuah masyarakat atau komunitas.

Metode yang dilakukan seperti ; membuat lokakarya video, membuat festival, dan televisi komunitas.

“Warkop” comes from the abbreviation “Warung Kopi” in Indonesian, which stands for small coffee shops in everywhere Indonesia, similar with the places for people to socialize with others, Warkop also as an important roles for people to gather, exchange information and thoughts, hang out with in each other.

Every Warkop, no matter how humble it maybe, provides affordable drinks and snacks, as well as the populer “Indomie.” The first team from Trans / Voice Project “Sunday Screen” will running the “WARKOP SUNDAY SCREEN” 2-days event at the Brilliant Time bookstore after their research and activities with Indonesian migrants workers around Taipei, Taoyuan, Taichung, Kaohsiung and Donggang, Pingtung. The members of Sunday Screen will share their experiences and residencial discovering through screening works collaborated with migrant workers, presentations, discussions, workshops, and of course sweet indonesian coffee and lots of stories will be served here. Come and join us!

▲About Sunday Screen▲
Sunday Screen is a community which is interested in archiving through audio and visual media. Besides making video and film, Sunday Screen have also arranged workshops and festivals that uses “Collaborative Art” as the method to engagement with local communities, such as making Festivals, Video Festivals and Community Television.

Sunday Screen was founded in 2008. In 2009, Sunday Screen started to collaborate with Jatiwangi Art Factory and Jatiwangi Village Government to involve and create Village Video Festival (VVF), annual International Video Festival in Jatiwangi. VVF tends to discover social changes in a certain district through audio and visual media. Besides VVF, Sunday Screen has also made workshops, videos, and events like “Hayu Ah!, Kids Film Festivals”, a collaborative film festival with children from suburban areas in Bandung City, West Java, Indonesia.
